Notice of Intention to Restore to the Register

The Companies Act 1993

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Auckland proposes to restore the following company to the Register of Companies:

Chatham Island Seafoods Limited WN. 495722. Applicant: E. W. Gartrell, P.O. Box 5151, Wellington.

The Registrar proposes to act under section 328 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company was carrying on business or in operation, or some other reason existed for the company to remain on the Register at the time it was removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Auckland within 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Advertisement of Application for Order

The Companies Act 1993

Take notice that on 15th day of October 1999, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Automatic Parking Coupons (NZ) Limited was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The order sought is an order requiring Automatic Parking Coupons Limited and/or its directors David Alan Capon, John Aitken McLay, John Charles Ross, Brian John Walker and Joseph Patrick Hatwell to compensate Auke Bergsma and Gail Patricia Bergsma, and those minority shareholders of Automatic Parking Coupons (NZ) Limited who support the application by entering an appearance, by purchasing their shares at the paid up value plus interest and fees or disbursements incurred in the proceedings.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 26th day of November 1999 at 11.45 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
