There will be no meeting of creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed the 10th day of December 1999, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
