On the 27th day of October 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Publishing Solutions Limited be liquidated and that Brian Joseph Walshe and David Crombie of Sherwin Chan & Walshe, chartered accountants, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
