Notice of Publication of Annual Report—Transit New Zealand

Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister of Transport its annual report for the year ended 30 June 1999 which contains the financial statements of Transit New Zealand, audit report, management statement and a report on operations for the period, and has published the annual report.

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, acting under authority delegated from the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes, and it shall thereafter be so held.

Naming of Reserve
