Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 Hurae (July) 1999 which was granted under those regulations to Shirley Teepa, in respect of Te Ao Marama Kohanga Reo (64053), situated at 24 Surprise Place, Porirua.
The centre has ceased to operate.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

The centre has merged with another centre.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St Brigid’s School, Johnsonville.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 22nd day of October 1999. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

The Resource Management (Approval of Vodafone New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1999
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Vodafone New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1999.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “line”, “radio apparatus”, “radiocommunication”, “telecommunication”, “telecommunication link”, “telephone station”, and “works” have the same meaning as in section 2 (1) of the Telecommunications Act 1987; and “lines”, “telecommunications links”, and “telephone stations” have corresponding meanings.

Approval as requiring authority—Vodafone New Zealand Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network utility operation of a system comprising telecommunication links to permit telecommunication and radiocommunication. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the network utility operation includes all lines, radio apparatus, telecommunication links, telephone stations, and works to permit telecommunication and radiocommunication; and includes the network within the meaning of section 2 (1) of the Telecommunications Act 1987 of which Vodafone New Zealand Limited is the network operator under that Act.
