Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 18th day of October 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Kerry James Charteris of 456 Welcome Bay Road, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months periodic detention, 18 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 2 years from 24 October 1999, following his conviction on 18 October 1999, for an offence of driving while disqualified, having been previously convicted and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge E. B. Anderson has ordered that a
Honda Accord motor vehicle, registration No. KJ 8811 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Kerry James Charteris, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 18th day of October 1999.

Education Act 1989
Amendment to the Notice—Establishment of a Combined Board of Trustees for Te Waha-O-Rerekohu Primary School
Under sections 110 and 155D of the Education Act 1989, and section 25 (h) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, I hereby amend the above-mentioned notice published in the New Zealand Gazette on 2 September 1999, No. 108, page 2596, by omitting the only paragraph and substituting a new paragraph to read as follows:
“Pursuant to section 110 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that a combined board shall be established for Te Waha-O-Rerekohu Area School (No. 213) and Whakaangiangi School (No. 2734) with effect from 1 January 2000.”

Amendment to the Notice—Establishment of a Combined Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Waiu O Ngati Porou, Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Waipiro, and Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Mangatuna and Amendments to Their Constitutions
Under sections 110 and 155D of the Education Act 1989, and section 25 (h) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, I hereby amend paragraph 1 of the above-mentioned notice published in the New Zealand Gazette on 2 September 1999, No. 108, page 2596, by omitting this paragraph and substituting a new paragraph 1 to read as follows:
- The boards of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Waiu O Ngati Porou, Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Waipiro, and Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Mangatuna will combine on 1 January 2000.
The above-mentioned notice is further amended by omitting the words at the end of the notice “This notice shall come into force on 1 November 1999”, and substituting the wording “This notice shall come into force on 1 January 2000”.

Pursuant to sections 169 and 171 of the Education Act 1989, the Minister for Tertiary Education gives the following notice.
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Constitution of the Council of Auckland University of Technology.
This notice comes into force on 1 January 2000.
- The Council of the Auckland University of Technology shall comprise:
(a) Four members appointed by the Minister for Tertiary Education.
(b) The Chief Executive Officer of the Auckland University of Technology.
(c) One permanent member of the academic staff of the Auckland University of Technology elected by the permanent members of that staff.
(d) One permanent member of the general staff of the Auckland University of Technology elected by the permanent members of that staff.
(e) One member who is or has been a student of the Auckland University of Technology who shall represent the students of the Auckland University of Technology and who shall be appointed by the
