Cancellation of the Vesting of a Reserve in the Rotorua District Council

Rerewhakaaitu County Depot Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting of the reserve for a site for a county depot described in the Schedule hereto, in the Rotorua District Council, as at the 1st day of November 1999.

Revocation of Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the Hamilton Volunteer Hall Site Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Amendment to a Notice—Revoking of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends a notice revoking the reservation over part of a recreation reserve, dated the 14th day of July 1999, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 85, page 2013, by inserting the following words after “described in the Schedule hereto”:

“...and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the South Waikato District Council in such manner, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine”.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Ashburton District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Canterbury Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in the Ashburton District Council in trust for that purpose.
