A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993 and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, the Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

Wellington Land District

All that piece of Maori freehold land containing 3460 square metres, more or less, as shown on Deposited Plan 54108 and described as part Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 3 comprised on certificate of title 44/185.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of September 1999.
