Land and Easement Acquired for Papaitonga Scenic Reserve, Horowhenua

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to section 20 (1) declares that, an agreement having been entered into;

(i) the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for scenic reserve purposes, together with the covenants described in the Second Schedule (called “the reserve land”) and shall vest in the Crown, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette,

(ii) an easement for a vehicular right of way is acquired for scenic reserve purposes, over the land in the Third Schedule, which shall be subject to the terms in the Third Schedule (and may be surrendered at any time by notice in the New Zealand Gazette). This easement is to be forever appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule

(c) Keep nor permit to be kept free ranging cats on the access land;

(d) Plant nor permit to be planted any of the following species on the access land;
