Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as recreation reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Far North District Council in such manner, at such price or other consideration and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, and the net proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account, and to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves generally, or towards the purchase of other land for reservation.
