On the 29th day of September 1999 at the District Court at Waihi, Lance Peter Tamiherere of Mataora Bay, S.H. 25, Waihi, was convicted and sentenced and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from 27 March 2000 following his conviction on 29 September 1999, for driving while disqualified having been convicted of driving while disqualified on 2 previous occasions and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge Laing has ordered that a

be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
