Road Realignment—Pleasant Valley Road, Central Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and

(i) The land firstly and secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. M1/429, subject to mortgage 540990.5.

(ii) The land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. W3/1000, subject to mortgage 644987.2 and 650450.1.
