Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes—River and Matawai Roads, Ormond, Gisborne District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alister Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares that pursuant to section 20 (1) and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes now known as Sections 5 and 6, S.O. 8863 and shall vest in the Gisborne District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 52 declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for soil conservation and river control purposes and to remain vested in the Gisborne District Council.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alister Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
