Nurse Maude Association Act 1999

Notice of Intention to Promote Private Bill

Notice is hereby given that The Nurse Maude District Nursing Association (called “the promoter”), intends to promote for consideration by the House of Representatives a Private Bill under the short title of the “Nurse Maude Association Act 1999”.

The objects of the Bill are:

(a) To change the name of the Nurse Maude District Nursing Association to the Nurse Maude Association; and

(b) To modernise and reorganise the structure of the Association;

(c) To recognise the continuing charitable purposes of the Association; and

(d) To repeal The Nurse Maude District Nursing Association Act 1967.

Communications to the promoter about the Bill may be sent to:

The Nurse Maude District Nursing Association,
15 Mansfield Avenue (P.O. Box 36-126),
Christchurch.

A copy of the Bill may be inspected during normal office hours on any working day, at the offices of the following:
