Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove Cobar Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 447–449 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies thereby completing the liquidation, pursuant to section 249 of the Act.
