I advise that Plant Microculture Laboratories Limited, with its registered office at 35 O’Rourke Road, Penrose, Auckland, has made application to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, as the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Act.

Any objection to this removal must be made in writing, under section 321 of the Act, and delivered to the Registrar not later than the 22nd day of October 1999.
