Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998
Vesting of a Reserve in Te Runanga o Ngāi Tahu
Pursuant to section 155 (5) of the Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otago Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies the vesting of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in Te Runanga o Ngāi Tahu, pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, as an historic reserve.

Naming of Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, declares that the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, shall be known as Anaura Bay Recreation Reserve.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, including the beds of all internal rivers, lakes and streams but excluding all legal roads shall, as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be national park, subject to the National Parks Act 1980, and shall be added to and form part of Fiordland National Park.

Notice of Intention to Take Land at Greatford (State Highway No. 1, Rangitikei District) for Road
Notice is hereby given that the Crown under the provisions of section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981, proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto ("the land").
The land is required for roading purposes. It is intended to use the land for part of a road system and is considered reasonably necessary for the safe and convenient use of the road.
