Makakahi River, downstream from the road bridge at Eketahuna
Manawatu River downstream from its confluence with the Mangatewainui Stream
Mangahao River downstream from Marima Reserve Bridge
Mangaone River (a tributary of the Tiraumea River)
Mangatainoka River downstream from the junction with the Makakahi River
Rangitikei River downstream from the Matawero Road bridge (commonly called the Mangaohane Bridge)
Ruamahunga River
Tauherenikau River
Tiraumea River
Upper Kourarau Dam (except all in flowing streams)
Waikanae River
Waingawa River
Waiohine River
Whitby Lakes
Otaki River
Henley Lake (Masterton)
Pohangina River
