Oxford Road: from West Belt to a point 600 metres measured westerly, generally, from West Belt.
River Road: from Ashley Street to a point 20 metres measured westerly, generally, from West Belt.
Todds Road: from Ellis Road to a point 640 metres measured south-westerly, generally, from Ellis Road.

The Traffic (Waimakariri District)
Notice No. 3, 1999
Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice:
Notice
(1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimakariri District) Notice No. 3, 1999.
(2) Those localities and roads shown within markings identified in the legend of and appearing on the plan numbered:
LT9961 entitled โGazetted Speed Restrictions for Roads at Oxford Waimakariri Districtโ;
held by the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority, are declared to be closely populated localities at all times, pursuant to section 52 (1) (c) of the Transport Act 1962; except where declared:
(a) as 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976,
as may be ascertained from the legend. The plans and legends are hereby incorporated into this notice.
(3) The Traffic (Oxford County) Notice No. 1, 1982* is revoked.
