Amending a Notice of Road to be Stopped and Exchanged for Railway Land, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 27 July 1999, of road to be stopped and exchanged for railway land, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 12 August 1999, No. 94, at page 2259, by deleting in paragraph “b” the word “Waipa” and replacing it with the word “Otorohanga”.
