Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 3 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice (now known as part Section 1, S.O. 41152) to be stopped and be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 949/23, subject to mortgage B. 268111.2.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of stopped road described in the Third Schedule to this notice (now known as part Section 1, S.O. 41152) to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 949/23, subject to mortgage B. 268111.2.
