Road Realignment—State Highway No. 25, Bonkovich’s Hill, Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 25, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken.

(c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares that the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped, and further declares that, pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3), the areas (now known as Sections 1 and 2 on S.O. Plan 60730 and Sections 2 and 3 on S.O. Plan 60731), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 53B/373.

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 1) and Road Stopped and Vested at Kingsdown

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for limited access road which pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 21K/857 (Canterbury Registry), subject to all existing encumbrances.
