Declaring Land Acquired for Road and Land (Air Space) Acquired for Road at Cumberland Street in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to sections 20 and 31 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares:

(1) The land described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be acquired for road and shall vest in Dunedin City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(2) The land (air space), from and above a series of planes above the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, commencing at the point 105.11 metres RL above Otago Datum on the Cumberland Street boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 25158 and proceeding as shown on “Section X-X” on S.O. 24617 and terminating at the boundary of part railway land Proc. Plan 1026 108.84 metres RL above Otago Datum at the Cumberland Street Overbridge shall be acquired for road and shall vest in Dunedin City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
