Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of January 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 January 1997, No. 6, page 139, declaring land held for the generation of electricity to be Crown land by omitting that part of Section 1, S.O. 23940, described in the First Schedule and replacing it with the land in the Second Schedule.
