Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Patrick’s Catholic School, Taupo.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 20th day of July 1998. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.

Lake Taupo Compensation Claims Act 1947

Control of Lake Taupo Water Level

Pursuant to section 6 of the Lake Taupo Compensation Claims Act 1947, the Minister of Energy hereby gives notice that the Taupo Control Gates, being the works defined in section 2 of that Act, have been used in part to control the waters of Lake Taupo at a level higher than the maximum working level of 357.387 metres above sea level Moturiki datum (1956 survey) specified in section 2 of the Act, which level was exceeded at 1 p.m., 15 July 1998 and continues to be exceeded at the date of this notice.
