Take notice that Reeves Moses Hudig Mortgage Nominee Company Limited as mortgagee under mortgage dated on the 26th day of February 1998, given by Vania Holdings Limited as mortgagor first received income from the mortgaged property at 250 Featherston Street, Palmerston North being all the land comprised in certificates of title I8C/652, 218/263, 51A/975, 51A/976, 26A/205 and 26A/204 (Wellington Registry) on or about the 2nd day of July 1998.
