Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on the 16th day of July 1998, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Concise Developments Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated the 19th day of June 1992.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Debenture: All assets and undertakings of the company.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is at: Ferrier Hodgson & Co, Sixteenth Floor, Southpac Tower, 45 Queen Street, Auckland.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of July 1998, Timothy James Reid and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed as receivers of the property of Avon Sheetmetal (1991) Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated on the 2nd day of December 1993, given by that company.
The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
The Offices of the Receivers are at: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chartered Accountants, 11–17 Church Street, P.O. Box 243, Wellington.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a debenture dated the 10th day of June 1996, given by Lyndmark Insurance & Investment Consultants Limited in its favour, East Coast Trustee Company Limited and Virginia Anne Collinge have appointed John Francis Managh, chartered accountant of Napier, as receiver and manager of the property of Lyndmark Insurance & Investment Consultants Limited on the 16th day of July 1998, under the powers contained in the said debenture.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets, wheresoever situated, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital.
