Richard Stewart McKnight and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Dunedin, were appointed receivers of income on the 13th day of July 1998 by The Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited, pursuant to the powers conferred in a first registered mortgage granted by Stewart Bawden Curson (“the mortgagor”) dated 28 May 1997 and registered on 7 August 1997 as 934388.2 (“the mortgage”) over the land described and comprised in certificates of title 10C/601 and 373/32 (Otago Registry).

The receivers of income shall be the agents of the mortgagor.
