Retreat Holdings Limited (in receivership)
Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Graham Stuart Dick and David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountants of Invercargill and Auckland, were appointed receivers of income of property of Retreat Holdings Limited (in receivership) on the 25th day of June 1998, by Countrywide Banking Corporation Limited under the terms of mortgages giving the holders a fixed charge over the property of the company listed in Appendix A.

This appointment is in addition to the above-mentioned receivers being appointed on the 17th day of February 1998 by Fleming Enterprises Limited as receivers of income under the terms of a mortgage.

The Receivers’ Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 160 Spey Street, Invercargill.

The Receivers’ Postal Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, P.O. Box 848, Invercargill.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Stuart Douglas Robertson, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of the company on the 1st day of July 1998, under the terms of a debenture giving a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of July 1998, Sims Engineering Limited (in receivership) hereby appointed Messrs Murray Neil Frost and Lindsay John Brown, both chartered accountants of Dunedin, as receivers and managers of the property of Sims Ship Repairs Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 12th day of September 1997, given by that company.
