Richard Stewart McKnight and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Dunedin, were appointed receivers of income on the 25th day of June 1998 by The Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited, pursuant to the powers conferred in a first registered mortgage granted by Stewart Bawden Curson (“the mortgagor”) dated 28 May 1997 and registered on 12 August 1997 as 934623.3 (“the mortgage”) in respect of the mortgagor’s interest as lessee under leases 863567/1 and 863567/2 (“the property”) over part of the land described and comprised in certificate of title 319/11 (Otago Registry).
