Notification of Approval of Changes to Betting Deductions and Returns to Customers Effective From 1 October 1998

Pursuant to the Racing Act 1971 and its subsequent amendments on 15 December 1995, the New Zealand Racing Industry Board on 12 June 1998 resolved to approve the changes to betting deductions and returns to customers, effective 1 October 1998, as set out in the following table:

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator, Wanganui, acting under delegated authority, revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Wellington Land District—Rangitikei District

2.0513 hectares, more or less, being Sections 4 and 5, Block I, Town of Potaka, situated in Block III, Hautapu Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1900, page 1304. S.O. Plan 14273.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a hall site reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the South Waikato District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

1011 square metres, more or less, being Lot 98, D.P. 15561, situated in Block VIII, Paterere South Survey District. All certificate of title 62D/928.

Reclassification of Part of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby reclassifies that part of a reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation to a local purpose (community buildings) reserve subject to the provisions of title.
