Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the First Schedule to be stopped, and

(b) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken which shall vest in The Far North District Council.

Stopped Road in Far North District to be Vested

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

1. Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the portion of stopped road described firstly in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land comprised in certificate of title 112D/821, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office at Auckland, and

2. Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the portion of stopped road described secondly in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land comprised in certificate of title 112D/822, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office at Auckland.
