Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, which shall vest in the Hastings District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule (now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 10849 respectively) to be stopped, and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P2/644.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Far North District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Far North District Council; and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped, and The Far North District Council, with the consent of the Minister of Conservation has resolved that the portion of road fourthly described, shall, pursuant to section 118 of the Public Works Act 1981, section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974 and section 405A of the Resource Management Act 1991, subject to an esplanade reserve limited to the full width of the said portion from mean high water springs to the inland boundary of the said portion.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken and vested in The Far North District Council.
