Notice of the Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 87O of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that I have varied the scheduled international air service licence issued to British Airways Plc to provide for the operation of up to 7 return services per week.

Notice of Intention to Consider Varying a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 87J (3) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport intends to consider varying the scheduled international air service licence held by that airline in order that it might operate over the route "From points in New Zealand, via intermediate points, to Frankfurt and optionally beyond", with a total of up to 10 return services per week, with effect from 20 July 1998.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me at the Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington, on or before 16 July 1998.

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Further to notices in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 July 1997, 26 March 1998 and 23 April 1998, and pursuant to section 87J (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 27 August 1996, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held by Air New Zealand to:
- with respect to Japan provide for the operation of co-terminal services to Nagoya and Fukuoka;
- with respect to the United Kingdom, provide for the operation of up to 6 services per week via Los Angeles to points in the United Kingdom;
- with respect to Singapore, provide for services to be carried on beyond Singapore to points in the United Kingdom; and
- with respect to Fiji and Japan provide for services to be carried on beyond Nadi to Osaka.

Harbours Act 1950
Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land
Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, the General Manager, Policy, having obtained pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance, hereby approves, pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Wanganui District Council and specifies that this approval is effective from the date of this notice.
Schedule
All that parcel of land containing 539 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 37 on Deposited Plan 3837 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 6A, folio 290 (Wellington Registry).
