Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of April 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 30th day of April 1998, No. 60, page 1352, under the heading “Land Declared to be Road, and Land Severed by Road—Raffles Street, Napier District” by adding to recital (b) the words “and vested in the Napier City Council”.
