Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a Marae site for the common use and benefit of Ngati Tuwharetoa, Ngati Haua and Whanganui River tribes.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested and Land Taken in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares that the portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3B/1123.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3B/1123.
