1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

2. The reasons why the liquidator so decided are:

   That the company be able to pay its debts twofold.

3. No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator within 10 working days after receiving this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.

I, Bruce Frederick McCullough, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, was appointed liquidator of Trends Lighting Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 22nd day of November 1996.

A final meeting of creditors will be held at 20 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt, on the 16th day of June 1998, commencing at 9.00 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

(a) Receiving the liquidator’s final report.

(b) Confirming the liquidator’s request that the company be struck from the New Zealand Register.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy vote.

A person may only vote in person, by proxy or by postal vote if by the time of the vote the creditor has previously proven their debt.
