Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed the 20th day of July 1998, as the last day when creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors claims that have not been made at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
