Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Malcolm Ashley Wong and Graeme Meldrum Cook, chartered accountants, both of Dunedin, hereby give notice that on the 25th day of May 1998, Hedley John O'Meara and Frances Mary O'Meara, company directors, both of Wanaka, appointed them as receivers of the property of Quality Hotel Wanaka Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 11th day of June 1997.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all that company's undertaking and all the property and assets of that company, both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital and the goodwill of all its business.

The receivers have been appointed in addition to a receiver who already holds office.
