Notice Redefining the Purposes of a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 26, page 580 of 2 May 1963, are hereby redefined for the purposes of a meeting place and recreation and sports ground for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the owners and Ngati Uni and Ngati Kahu, hapu of Ngati Maniapoto.
