Civil Aviation Rules Parts 71 and 73

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.7 (b) (i) and Part 73.7 (b) (i), the following airspace details are amended with effect from 16 July 1998—

1. The following controlled airspace is disestablished:

NZA152 (Auckland UTA/C), NZA250 (Auckland CTA/E), NZA253 (Rotorua TMA/D), NZA255 (Rotorua TMA/D).

2. The following controlled airspace is designated to replace the disestablished airspace:

NZA154 (Auckland UTA/C), NZA252 (Auckland CTA/E), NZA254 (Rotorua TMA/D), NZA256 (Rotorua TMA/D), NZA451 (Auckland CTA/E), NZA842 (Christchurch CTR/C), NZA450 (Auckland CTA/E), NZA847 (Christchurch CTR/C).

3. The following victor is disestablished:

4. The following victor is designated to replace the disestablished victor:
