Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares those pieces of stopped road firstly and secondly described, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 58609, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47A/417, South Auckland Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road thirdly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58609, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 487, folio 24, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 028168 and H. 041903.1, and to statutory land charge H. 271106, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice, dated the 20th day of April 1998, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 April 1998, No. 57, at page 1261, stopping road in Waikato District, by inserting “and to caveat B. 477968.1” after “memorandum of mortgage B. 391722.9” in the recital.
