Land Acquired for Water Catchment Purposes in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for water catchment purposes and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in Hauraki District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Hauraki District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road firstly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 55843, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 44A/86, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 970752.3 and H. 769083.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 3, S.O. 55843, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 24A/623, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 845669.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and now known as Section 2, S.O. 55843, to be taken and vested in The Hauraki District Council.
