Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, Peter Waring, Senior Policy Engineer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3 of this notice.

(ii) The 1997 M.T.E. 3A, 3-axle semi-trailer bearing the VIN 7A9RU40SEU1001005 to which this vehicle is attached, must have displayed a current certificate of fitness;

(iii) The items specified in Schedule 2 must be in sound condition and good working order and must not be modified in any way;

(iv) This exemption may be revoked at any time;

(v) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Canterbury Conservancy, hereby revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Christchurch City Council at current market value, and on such terms and conditions as The Christchurch City Council may determine. Proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the said council's reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Declaration That Land Vested in The Wairoa District Council is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, notifies that on 24 February 1998, The Wairoa District Council resolved that the area of land owned by the council and described in the Schedule shall be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve.
