Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road firstly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60745, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27A/339, subject to memorandum of lease B. 447607.1, South Auckland Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 2, S.O. 60745, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 59A/647, South Auckland Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road thirdly described, now known as Section 3, S.O. 60745, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 59A/649, South Auckland Land Registry.
