Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road firstly described, and the land taken, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 60810, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 60D/397, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 450925.4 and statutory land charge B. 462166.1, South Auckland Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to section 117, declares the piece of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60810, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 60D/399, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 415970.4 and B. 415970.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Stopped in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that:

(a) Area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60341, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 58C/122, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 399548.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(b) Areas “B” and “D”, now known as Sections 2 and 4, S.O. 60341 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 58C/126, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) Area “C”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 60341, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 58C/124, South Auckland Land Registry.

(f) Pursuant to section 117, declares the piece of stopped road thirdly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60478, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 42D/493, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 128382.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(g) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road fourthly described, and the land taken, now known as Section 2, S.O. 60478, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 269, folio 240, South Auckland Land Registry.
