Electoral Act 1993
Cancellation of Registration of Political Party and Registration of Party Logo
Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 9 April 1998, to remove the Ethnic Minority Party of New Zealand from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.
Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 9 April 1998, to cancel the registration of the logo for the Ethnic Minority Party of New Zealand and to remove from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993 the record of the registration of that logo.

Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990
Alternative Standard for Gas-Discharge Headlamps
Pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, John Andrew Justice, Senior Engineer, hereby prescribe the standard specified in the Schedule to this notice as an alternative standard for the purposes of regulation 15(2) and item 5 of the Second Schedule of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990.

United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No. 98, Uniform provisions concerning the approval of motor vehicle headlamps equipped with gas-discharge light sources (E/ECE324-E/ECE/TRANS/505/Rev.1/Add.97).

Conservation
Reserves Act 1977
Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by The Rodney District Council at its meeting on the 20th day of November 1996:
"That in exercise of its powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the council in fee simple and described below shall be hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the Reserves Act 1977".
