Registration of Political Party Logos

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission on 3 April 1998 registered a logo for each of the following political parties:

The Greens; The Green Party of Aotearoa/New Zealand; Natural Law Party; and
Mana Wahine Te Ira Tangata

and recorded the registration of the logos of The Greens, The Green Party of Aotearoa/New Zealand and Natural Law Party in the Register of Political Parties held at the office of the Electoral Commission, Level Six, Greenock House, 39 The Terrace, Wellington.

New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District Notice 1992, Amendment No. 6

Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District Notice 1992, Amendment No. 6 and shall be read with and deemed part of the notice constituting the New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District made on the 28th day of February 1992 (a) (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Amendment of Rural Fire District—(1) The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking clauses 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38 of the Schedule.

(2) This clause shall be read together and be deemed part of the principal notice.

Waipouri Rural Fire District Notice 1991, Amendment No. 1

Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Waipouri Rural Fire District Notice 1991, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read with and deemed part of the notice constituting the Waipouri Rural Fire District made on the 22nd day of November 1991 (a) (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Amendment of Rural Fire District—(1) The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting from the Schedule that parcel of land marked “A” on S.O. Plan 24584, containing 132 hectares, more or less, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Otago, as the same on those plans numbered NRFA 127, deposited in the headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.

(2) This clause shall be read together and be deemed part of the principal notice.

(2) The Waitane Fire District Notice 1951 and all amendments (a) are hereby revoked.

(3) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
