Vesting of a Reserve in The Timaru District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Canterbury Conservancy, hereby vests the reserve, described in the attached Schedule, in The Timaru District Council, in trust for recreation purposes.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the 22nd day of December 1997:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for local purpose (community use), within the meaning of the said Act."
