Election of Producers’ Representative Ward No. 1—Roll of Eligible Electors

Notice is hereby given that a copy of the roll of pig producers eligible to vote in the forthcoming election for one producer member to represent Ward No. 1 on the Pork Industry Board will be available for inspection at the following places:

1. Head Office, New Zealand Pork Industry Board, Level Four, 94 Dixon Street, Wellington.
2. Head Office, Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries, ASB Building, Lambton Quay, Wellington.
3. MAF Offices at Kaikohe, Whangarei, Warkworth and Pukekohe.

The roll will be available for inspection until 30 April 1998.

Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land and Classification as a Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, classifies the said land as a reserve for recreation purposes to form part of the Leigh Recreation Reserve.

North Auckland Land District—Rodney District

1770 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 51718, situated in Block I, Rodney Survey District. All Gazette notice No. D. 023218.2 (New Zealand Gazette 1996, page 1834).

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale May be Utilised—Local Purpose (Service Lane) Reserve, Hinemoa Street, Rotorua

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose (service lane) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Rotorua District Council by way of amalgamation into the title of an adjoining property, at such price or other consideration and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, with any net proceeds of sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
